Great House, great location.

House is in great condition, very clean, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for making meals. The location is convenient for beach walks or going into town. Would recommend this house if you are looking for a place to stay in Manzanita.

Lovely ocean views

This is the second time our family has stayed in this lovely, spacious and comfortable home. Everything you need is here: big kitchen with all you need to cook and serve your meals, comfy living room to enjoy watching TV or just hanging out, bedrooms with good beds, a quiet neighborhood, an easy, 10 minute walk to the beach, a quick drive to Manzanita to pick up groceries or dine at local restaurants.

We've been fortunate to stay at Coastal View several times over the past few years. The house is located just above the northern end of Manzanita beach. Very quiet, with occasional aerial views of local eagles. The house is well equipped and maintained. We always looking for a new place but end up coming back to Coastal View.

Needs updating

First impressions were a worn out carpet throughout the house which retains odors from dogs. Homes with non carpeted floors seem to be cleaner. Living room furniture worn out as well. View is okay if you sit in 2 chairs in corner. We’ve stayed in multiple places in Manzanita and Cannon Beach in the past 40 years. Would recommend updating this one.
