“I must say Pam did an excellent job tidying up the room before my check-in. The lovely staff member in the breakfast room greeted each person with a warm “good morning” as they walked through the door. What better way to start the day than with a genuine smile from a total stranger? To me, that simple gesture meant more than enough.
The two drivers who picked me up from and dropped me off at the airport were also absolutely amazing.
