“This historic B&B has such charm, especially when you enter the building. It is in the country, and the grounds are beautiful and peaceful. It is located about a 10 minute drive to New Hope. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff members are friendly and welcoming. We had a couple of issues in our room and they were taken care of within minutes of informing them. If the B&B isn’t busy, you can park close to the building, otherwise, the parking is up an incline and away from the building. ”

“Jeff is absolutely a delight!! He was friendly and makes the best French toast I’ve ever eaten!! The grounds are beautiful and the animals are adorable and were an added bonus. We will definitely go back!”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chimney Hill Estate! The location is perfect—peaceful, scenic, and still close to everything you need. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. The staff was warm, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

“Great place to stay. Away from it all but close enough to New hope, Lumberton, Lambertville and frenchtown.
Peddlers village is just 10min away. Rooms are exceptionally clean as is the property. It's right on the Delaware River. Great views.
Nice bar in on site. Nice little breakfast in the morning is included”

“Not exactly as advertised. "Free parking" was actually on the street and required us to park up the hill and carry our things some distance. The room was clean but consisted of a bed with little passage way around it and a tiny bathroom. Advertised self serve food was a vending machine with no food in it ! That said, the host answered my question via text very promptly which I appreciated.”
