「Perfect location on the beach, just a short walk from Canal Park. The house sleeps many people comfortably and the owners have anticipated everything you might need to host friends and family. The kitchen is well-appointed, there is a gas grill, 2 SUPs, several beach chairs, beach toys for kids, and a roof top deck overlooking the lake. This place can’t be beat for location and amenities. 「Easy to access, in a quiet neighborhood. Place was clean, had plenty of sleeping spaces. Enough toys to keep a 5 and 3 year old occupied when we weren't running around town. 」

「We had a sibling get together and this was an awesome place to have for it. Our view was great, the house was very nice too. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.」

「We had such a great weekend at the Beach House - 1. This was our second time staying at this house, We have previously stayed at the Beach House 5. Beach House 1 is a great location! It's a quick walk to the bridge and Canal Park. My kids had so much fun at the beach. Heather is a great host and responds quickly to questions. We will be back!」

「Great place for a family gathering. Lots of room to spread out but a spacious and cozy living room to gather, play games and be together. We were unable to connect to WiFi with the home’s hot spot- my son had his along so we were able to slowly connect. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was amazing!」

We did a little fishing and played some mini golf down the road a couple blocks. Grocery store and fast food conveniently close by. The 10-15 minute drive to Canal Park in Duluth was easy. 「Really nice property, clean centrally located for our family trip to Superior and surrounding areas. Host was prompt and responsive. Only slight disadvantage was for my elderly mom and her sister with bedrooms are all located upstairs and did not see that referenced anywhere. 」
