土耳沙楓樹嶺酒店住宿推介

「We were very impressed with the entire experience: beautiful home and grounds, cleanliness, staff, amenities…and had the whole place to ourselves. And a big thank you to Sharon, who made time to give us a tour and explain a lot of interesting history, and secret passages, in the house.」

「Great hotel if you’re looking for something not quite like the look of other hotels. Unique room set up, concrete floors, cool photography on the walls. The rooftop bar and restaurant were excellent. Casual but upscale vibe. Excellent cocktails and better food.」

「我预定了，但是到酒店前台告诉我房间没有了！让我找其他酒店！」

「My experience was good, my room was a nice size and clean, the bed was comfortable, room has mostly everything you need with coffee/tea maker and mini fridge. But if you like microwave in your room, they don't have you have to go to the lobby. And I'm not sure if it depends on room, but if it's busy or they have a lot of guess, it's not completely quiet. You can hear people coming in and out as if they are close to your door. Other than that very good hotel and you get free breakfast every...

「Easy to locate the hotel, all the staff were very friendly and helpful in all things. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the town from our room.」

「The carpet in the first room we were given #904 was so dirty we asked to be moved. Room #915 was somewhat cleaner but still had a stained carpet and dirty chairs. We tried to use the TV in the room but it would not connect to any network. I went to use the room phone which did not work. I then went to the front desk to tell the person in charge of both of the problems. He told me to toggle the switch on the TV to HDI1. I tried this to no avail & gave up on the TV. I also told the desk manager...

「Let’s start with the good. The hotel was gorgeous, beautifully maintained while preserving the historic beauty. Now for the bad. We arrived at 5:30 pm, when check in started at 4 pm, our room wasn’t officially released to us until 5:55. There was not even an apology offered, until my husband brought up that this was quite unfortunate, being that we only had the room for a total of 20 hours, so we were missing out on quite a chunk of the time we paid for. He was given only a voucher for 1 free...

「Bla-blabla」

「Just a short overnight stay. All was good.」

「They need a shuttle to the BOK Center」

「This hotel is way overpriced for what it has to offer. It is outdated and leaves a lot to be desired. The room felt wet. Our entire first day and night the tv wasn’t working. We had a veg tray at the bar and it had rotten veggies. I definitely would not choose this location again.」

「Clean and tidy」
