「We had a great stay. The suite was clean. There was a delay in check in which VRBO and the owner resolved quickly. They had cold water waiting for us in the fridge. The kitchen was great for a quick breakfast and to prepare some meals to go. A dishwasher ensured we did not spend any time doing dishes. At night the room was a little tight. We had 4 guest, 2 adults, a 15yo and a 12yo. The 12yo slept on the couch, one adult and the 15yo in the bedroom and I slept on a spare mattress...

「We had an amazing stay! The suite was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like home away from home. The shower was awesome, and everything was set up to make our stay easy and relaxing, down to the treats the host left for us! 「Super gelegene Wohnung in einer ruhigen Anwohnerstrasse. Kurze Wege zu sehr schönen Wanderwegen im Lynn Valey. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Liebevoller ruhiger angelegter Garten. "Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
