“Did need to call for shuttle from airport but it was quick and driver was professional.”

“The place was beautiful. So neat and clean. The staff, overall was great, however, the server at the restaurant was alone, so she was a little overwhelmed, but, as I said, she was by herself, so she was working her butt off. ”

“The bed was uncomfortable and the AC blew warm air, even at 66°. When the front desk clerk checked on it, they said it was working fine. I believe the electricity being out localling and the immediate increase in guests affected the efficiency of our AC, due to the increase of guests (especially with children) we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub . It was due to unfortunate weather around the afea, not the hotel. ”

“I pay at the hotel, but I didn't get the receipt.Hotel Reception told me ask Hotels.com, but I can't find where can download it . and I book one kingsize bed room,but she give me 2 beds room. and she said they don't have that time.”

“Good if you dont mind a smell and just want to sleep. They are doing renovations which didnt help. The room was dated, the toilet paper holder was not attched to the wall cut out it was in. The people were great. The shower was awesome. I am 6 ft 3 in tall and i felt like a regular sized person in the shower.”

“decided to stay at the hotel because of an extended power failure in my area. The hotel was initially looked clean, but upon closer inspection, there were crumbs on the floor, smugs of something on the entry handle and bathroom tub and floor. One of the bedsheets in the double room had an iron imprint. There was only one facecloth. Overall, it was the worst experience at a national chain hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review”

“very dated, shower knob and shower head not good! bed pretty wore out. paint pealing in shower area. toilet is super low. sink is low as well making a little difficult if you are tall. luckily i wasn’t in the room much while i was there (4days) i’ve stayed here several times in the past decade may be my last. ”
