“A lovely place to stay! Quiet setting with everything you need! Host was excellent, great communication, friendly and welcoming. I was traveling solo, visiting family in Renton and this location was perfect. Great for solo travelers or a couple I could even see Mt Rainier over the neighboring house. “Super thin walls. You can hear every step. If you sleep on bottom floor the water pipes are right behind your head in the walls so you hear every flush or shower. Easy location to get to/from downtown Seattle. Just a few minutes. Street traffic is heavy during weekdays as there seems to be only one exit from the neighborhood. We parked along the street as the parking spot was difficult to get into with a large SUV.”
