「Amazing vacation! The Main House plus 3 cabins gave ample space & privacy for our group of 20 babies & 4 dogs! The backyard is perfect for campfires & play area for the young ones. Being so close to the public street access was very convenient! Renting a pontoon from Go Fast made the vacation complete!! We’ll be back! Already booked for 2026! Thanks to Jeremy, Cathy & April (plus crew) for making our stay so memorable!」

「Had a wonderful fall weekend here! The place was so cozy inside! We loved sitting in the hot tub with the outside temperature so cold or just around the fire talking! The host was amazing This was probably my first rental with such an array of complimentary items! 「Staying at the cottage was extremely pleasing. The cottage was just perfect, like Goldilocks, not too big, not too small, but just right. The proximity and access to Higgins Lake was again just right. On the morning of our departure, we were already discussing our return visit. All in all, Jillian and the cottage were perfect! 「Just got home from our stay at naughty in the woods wow an amazing spot if you’re into using side-by-side or riding the trails at Houghton Lake. Great location, conveniently located by plenty of bars and restaurants auto parts stores and a Walmart. Only 1.2 miles from the Denton Creek trailhead which is a blast. It offers great trails in great scenery. When we got done, we lit a fire outback, and sat and laughed about all the time we had on the trails. We will definitely be back a great spot!」

「House worked out perfect for 14 adults coming in for a wedding. Perfect location to get to the Barn at Higgins where the wedding was held.Clean, sandy bottom, shallow lake perfect for wadingFirepit location was a bit wonky.
