"Breakfast was good. A good selection of items including Eggs, Sausage, Hash Browns, etc. Also, a Do-it-Yourself Waffle machine. The only observation was that they could have kept the items a little hotter. Don't like cold breakfast. The staff was accommodating and courteous. I was told that they attempt to charge for parking. I was fortunate they did not charge me.Hopefully,they have changed that policy"

"Room was very comfortable for some tired travelers. Only problem we ran into was needing a second key card and was told it would be 20 minutes. I don’t think it was the employees fault, I think the system decided to do an update. Breakfast was super good. Especially their waffle!"

"The staff was efficient and helpful. The room was good, I had a sink that would not drain, but the bed was one of the comfiest that I have slept in. Hotel was quiet! I heard nothing! No other guests or doors closing or car noises. Amazing night’s sleep. Wish the bar had more variety of beers as a negative, but bartender was chipper and polite."

"I travel a lot for work and at a project a week to two months so I need a place that is quiet with kitchen to cook. Plenty of parking for larger truck. Do not like having to pay for parking and bed was way too soft. Had to flip over mattress and sleep on coil side yet it was much better for my back. Nice to get maid service every 3-4 days. Would stay here again and decent pricing. "

"This place is tired and desperately in need of renovation. The public places were not clean. At first we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned, and were then shown to a different one that was fine but only had one set of towels for the 2 of us to share. This place has great potential, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was pretty good - but I would not stay here again."

"Our stay at Mike’s property was overall a really positive experience. From the moment we arrived, the home was exactly as pictured, warm, inviting, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet the location was still very convenient with shopping and other essentials close by, making it easy to get around during our stay.One thing we especially appreciated was how seamless the check-in process was. Mike was a stellar host, accommodating, thoughtful, and very responsive whenever we had questions. Communication was easy, from start to finish, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure guests had a good experience.The layout of the property was also a major plus. Everything being on one level with no stairs made access incredibly easy, especially when loading and unloading luggage. That added convenience made the stay even more appealing and comfortable.While the property could benefit from a few enhancements to elevate the overall experience, there was nothing during our stay that required immediate attention. I shared a few suggestions with Mike, and he was very open to feedback and seemed sincere about addressing the areas for improvement, which was appreciated.Overall, this rental offers very good value for the cost; between the convenient location, quiet surroundings, easy access, and kind, attentive host, I would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay."
