Near new family-friendly house located centrally in Mapua on quiet cul-de-sac, Kotuku backs onto a sports field with shops, pub, playground and wharf cafes within easy walking distance. An open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, 65” TV with Netflix, three spacious bedrooms, a sparkling clean bathroom, office nook, a large deck with bbq and heaps of off-road parking, all combine to ensure your stay is enjoyable, as attested by many guests.

The house was welcoming and had all we needed for 3 60 ladies having a quiet weekend away. Location was excellent and it was great being able to walk to the bakery for coffee and treats and to the Wharf area for drinks and dinner.The house was immaculate and the quiet area made it feel relaxing from the moment we walked through the front door. Great weather too, which always is a bonus.
