“Danny is the perfect host. He took care of everything and did so much to make our stay special. With Bush side breakfast and dinner with a campfire along with a perfect sundowner, he and the staff ensured our stay was extra special. And of course, Denis our safari game driver made sure we saw everything that one hopes to see in the Serengeti… leopards, cheetahs, hippos, elephants, giraffes, gazelles, impalas… even a serval cat, along with a huge pride of lions full of cubs. Incredibly special……

“Unfortunately, our experience with this place started off as a nightmare. We emailed them more than 45 days in advance to confirm payment of the park fees for two people and received no response. As our arrival date got closer, we had to repeatedly email and call just to get basic information.When we tried to confirm airport pickup, the staff became overly aggressive about selling us their game drive package. We clearly explained that we already had some activities booked and would decide after……

“Unser Aufenthalt in Osero war ein Highlight. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir vom hilfsbereiten Personal herzlich empfangen. Ein Mitglied unserer Gruppe war im Rollstuhl unterwegs und die Mitarbeiter der Unterkunft haben uns geholfen, dass wir alle Hindernisse erfolgreich meistern konnten. Kurz vor unserer Ankunft im Camp hatten wir das Glück auf einem Baum einen Leoparden zu sichten und waren deshalb sehr gut gelaunt. “My 3 night was a brutal comedy of errors involving ignored dietary restrictions, defective accommodations, nonexistent sound insulation, unreliable Wi-Fi, dishonest explanations, and an extraordinary failure to help me leave. Despite telling the hotel that I was vegetarian, I was served chicken. The food was exceedingly mediocre. My cabin had a gap in the glass door, birds attacked its mirrored windows from early morning, and I could hear every word and movement from the adjoining cabin. By……

“We booked this lodge almost a year ago. It is a new and there were no reviews at the time of booking. We arrived at 1330 and we were not able to access our room until 1400. Once we entered the room the temperature was well over 90F/32C. There is no fan in the room. There are two small windows in the rear, however there is no screen to keep the bugs out. When we went to the front desk to request a portable fan were we told none were available. We ended up sitting outside the room until 1800. We……
