「Unfortunately, our experience with this place started off as a nightmare. We emailed them more than 45 days in advance to confirm payment of the park fees for two people and received no response. As our arrival date got closer, we had to repeatedly email and call just to get basic information. When we tried to confirm airport pickup, the staff became overly aggressive about selling us their game drive package. We clearly explained that we already had some activities booked and would decide after...

「This was absolutely a trip of a lifetime! The security was top notch, we did enjoy shining our flashlight out of the tent at night to see the "glowing eyes" . The lodge was great with the observation deck for animals and we even had water buffalo near the pool one afternoon while we were sunning with a G&T. The whole propery was clean and comfortable with first class service. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We had first class service the entire visit. Our guide through the...

「Great stay - clean tent, good food, fantastic staff, in the park so zebras on the doorstep! The only issues were that a) the bathrooms have no doors - which isnt good when you are 3 friends staying in 1 room - and there is a doorframe so goodness knows why there are no doors! And b) there was a grass fire which came very near the hotel and there was zero comminication about whether we were safe or not - simply saying "it will be fine" doesnt really do anything to reassure guests who arent used...
