“I am very disappointed about my stay at this hotel. We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. The cleaners said they smelt the odour but the manager came in to the room and……

“It really is a spa: our suite had a steam shower, sauna, whirlpool and vibrating massage chair. I believe every suite has something similar; one has a small plunge pool I think. Beautifully decorated suite looked brand new. Delicious breakfast brought to our suite, and a lovely rooftop garden (too hot in midday but lovely morning and evening). Good location. But it’s not a full-service hotel — more like an air b&b with some services. No one around most of the day, but innkeepers respond quickly……
