"Property is dirty. Cigarette butts and broken glass all over, so we had to be extra cautious taking our dog out. Parking not ideal. I wouldn’t say they have enough spaces for how many rooms or possibly locals take the spots and it’s not monitored so you need to secure a spot early and leave the vehicle. Neighbourhood seemed a little run down. Bed was broken and uncomfortable, and the bathtub leaked. Staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast was beans, bagels and boiled eggs both days, so basic."

"This property is beautiful, well maintained, staff was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities and even a Nespresso. Location is about 15 to 20min by car to get to the pier on the Chateau Frontenac and Uber comes to pick you up in front of the hotel very quickly. Hotel has parking as well. Great breakfast and welcoming cookie is delightful! I certainly would stay there again ❤️"

"As one would expect from Fairmont, the staff was excellent, from the Valet , to Doris at the front desk and Jeffrey the life guard, Lisa, Catherine and Vincent In the gold lounge. Gold upgrade was well worth it. Stunning location, funicular right there to take you down to lower town and back up. Beautiful room with a view. R.D.B. "

"The parking was good compared to other places. 26. dollars a night plus tax. Hotel staff were excellent, they gave us a bus pass for 3 days to ride and see the city. Location , location, just outside old city gates, Great place for families with the pool, hot tub and sauna. Across the street was subway, second cup coffee and poutineville. Thank you to the hotel and staff. I will definitely stay here when in Quebec City. R.D.B."

"Room was pristine, staff was very helpful in every way. Only downside was the parking lot size, there was some sort of convention and every space but one was taken for the night, we got lucky on that part otherwise we would’ve had to find someplace else to park."

"Une seule borne de recharge lente pour tout l'hôtel. Premiers arrivés, premiers servis. Il a fallu se charger ailleurs pour le retour à la maison. Lits comfortables, quelques équipements non fonctionnels dans la chambre (lumière néon chambre de bain , tiroir qui s'ouvre seul et ne reste pas fermé)"

"The room was clean. The bed mattress was so hard that looks like I slept on the floor. The pool was too crowded that we stayed 5 minutes and went back to our room. The breakfast was minimal. No scrambled eggs or bacon or muffins. Only cereal, bread, boiled eggs, yogurt. The orange juice tastes awful. For me it’s the last time in this hotel."
