“Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. I just can say I will never ever come back or recommend someone else to come here. ”

“We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”

“El staff fue muy amable y cordial. El restaurant excelente. No andaba la calefacción cuando estuvimos, nos dieron calefactores eléctricos. Cambiaría las toallas. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y espaciosas.”
