Enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Rooms larger than regular hotel rooms. Balcony nice to sit out at in the morning or evening. Shower had good temperature and pressure

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Especially loved the outdoor bar, the infinity pool and the staff at the Starbucks counter!

The welcome desk and bistro workers were very polite. The cleaning crew did a wonderful job daily. The neutral review is left because the fire alarm went off twice during our 5 night stay. Once in the middle of the night and once early am. The single elevator also broke down on two separate occasions. Last the showers never were very hot. Peak times did not matter, the valve always had to be on the hottest temperature setting to sneak in a 5 min shower. I would stay again though. Beautiful facility with nice amenities.

We had a great room with an unobstructed waterview. Front desk was very accomodating when we had to check out early. Housekeeping was not attentive at replacing coffee items. It would have been nice if the bar and restaurant hours had been more clear. The sister property restaurant was really good. Angela at the hotel bar was great!

Wonderful getaway half way down the Keys

The hotel was lovely and the staff was attentive. Lots of nice amenities like hammock swings, outdoor chess board, cornhole, 2 nice pools. Would stay there again!
