“Beautiful setting, but disappointing service for a 4-star hotel.
The hotel has a beautiful location, a stunning view over western Sicily and pleasant facilities. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below what we expected from a 4-star property.
We were told at reception that the tap water was not drinkable, but there was no clear warning in the bathroom or near the tap. When we asked for free drinking water, we were told the only options were paid bottles from the minibar or……

Per la poca differenza ho chiesto upgrade da executive a suite, essere al piano superiore con terrazzino e vista vale sicuramente la differenza. “What an amazing property! The views and grounds were spectacular. We had a lovely room. Staff were extremely helpful, carrying luggage and arranging a taxi to our next stop.
We had a delicious sandwich for lunch. The wine paired seafood dinner was exceptional!
It checked all the boxes of a fine resort and their wines are outstanding.”

“The place was cute and all worked well. Most of all, I arrived there to realize I had booked the wrong night (the one before). I was basically a no show for my actual booking. But they were so so kind and really tried all they could to honor my booking.
Because the hotel was full they ultimately put us in a bigger room and we had to pay a 50$ difference but hey, they could have kindly ask for the price of the full night again! Really appreciated them not doing so.

“One of the best hotels during our stay in western sicily. The spa is breathtaking, very well maintained and designed. The rooms are comfortable. The pool area is very tranquil and relaxing.”
