"We arrived here on a Tuesday and were worried to find out that 2 of their restaurants only open Friday-Sunday. It was very quiet and not many people. However, this place really worked its charm on us and by the time we left we were already planning our next visit back. There’s a real authenticity about this place. It’s located in a residential complex with exceptional pools that are never crowded. The food and cocktails are made to a high standard. The beach is relaxing and clean. It’s just so peaceful here. We didnt want a fake sterile experience with lots of tourists like you might find at other resorts. This is truly a hidden gem. Highly recommend"

"The staff was friendly and approachable. The rooms are extremely outdated and should be renovated. There are no activities during the day. The meals were not up to par. In the hotel amenities they say they have a coffee shop. Well it’s a lie. They have a coffee stand. There’s a difference. "

"The apartment was absolutely beautiful; the decorations were tasteful and the space was incredibly well-designed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. From the apartment, you have a stunning view of both the pools and the beach.The complex itself is fantastic, offering two pools with beautiful ocean views, as well as convenient bathrooms and showers nearby. There is a restaurant on-site, and right in front of it, you'll find plenty of shopping options. We felt very safe with security at the main gate and in each individual building. We also loved that you can enjoy a nice walk either along the street side or right on the beach—we did both!The only downside was not related to the apartment itself, but to the pool security. While there were written rules for the pool area, none of them mentioned 'proximity' between guests. Despite this, security told us we could not be in close contact; I was told I couldn't have my legs resting on my boyfriend and that we had to lie at least 10 inches apart, even though we were just talking with my mother on one side and my daughter on the other. It felt like an arbitrary and uncomfortable restriction in an otherwise lovely family environment.Thanks so Juana.Also want to add that Juana was quick on responding. "
