This 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom apartment is located only a 10 minutes drive from the famous Puerto Banus and the popular beaches of Marbella. The complex has 3 communal pools and parking in front of the houses.

The apartment is south facing and from its sunny terrace there is a great view towards the sea, and overlooking the pool and garden area. The complex is close to Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf and Las Brisas golf course.

Guests have one private parking space within the complex.

Not ideal for guests with reduced mobility as there is one staircase to access the apartment.

Check-in after 21.00 has an additional fee of 100 euro.
