Lovely south-west facing penthouse located frontline beach in Marbella town. It features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast area, large lounge / dining area with access to a cozy terrace with fantastic open sea views. Including large parking space. The complex also enjoys a communal pool and social club with a private restaurant only for residents.

Beautiful penthouse facing southwest, on the beachfront in Marbella Center. 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with breakfast area, living room and incredible views of the sea from each area of the house. The complex has a swimming pool, large private solarium area and restaurant in a private club. Only for residents.

Great location and views

Just minutes from the beach, promenade, and old town. Spacious and clean. Pilar was quick to respond to questions leading up to our stay and met us at check in. The air conditioning in two of the rooms was just enough to keep the temperature down on a couple of hot nights. Public parking garage under the building.

Disaster! Did not stay even one night

Starting about a week before our arrival in Marbella, we tried communicating with the host/property manager, Pilar, to obtain exact address, access code, and parking information. The answers started with ambiguity and then he/she became completely unresponsive, resulting in us driving around town for hours trying to find the location. No taxi driver, otherlocal resident knew of this plac locatio.
