In addition, it is thanks to this terrace that you will have direct access to all the facilities offered by the urbanization Playas del Duque, as well as exit it and go directly to the promenade or the beach.
The kitchen has a serving hatch leading to the living room and is fully equipped with modern appliances, including refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, blender / blender, kettle and coffee maker, and a basic kitchenware so that you feel that you do not lack absolutely nothing.
