This apartment is situated on the beautiful Avenida Ricardo Soriano, in the city center just seven hundred meters from the beach and very close to the famous 'Alameda' square. It is surrounded by Marbella's most emblematic places and establishments.
This property is located in a quiet residential building known for its tranquility and location, with everything you need within walking distance: The area is surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and is a few minutes walking from Marbella's historic center and the Plaza de los Naranjos. Additionally, it's only a few minutes' drive from Puerto Banús, its fantastic beaches, and its luxurious promenade.
This comfortable apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area integrated into the living room, and a cozy reading and TV area. The living room is connected to a beautiful showcase window from which you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast, lunch or dinner with views of the city and an unforgettable shared moment with family and friends.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
