Puerto Banus, 400 metres to the Beach

This 2 bedroom apartment is located in the complex of Alcazaba Rio Verde, Puerto Banus. The complex offers a communal swimming pool, secure parking on the plot and is walking distance to the beach and port with all the facilities including shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife.



The apartment is located on the 1st floor accessed by lift. The apartment is arranged over one floor and is comfortably furnished with a dining table, large sofa and TV. The lounge leads out onto the south-west facing terrace furnished with a further dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate utility terrace housing the washing machine.



The master bedroom is furnished with 3 single beds and has built in wardrobes and enjoys an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, built in wardrobes and has use of the the guest shower room.



Free parking on the premises, some free parking also nearby.

The property is on the doorstep of Puerto Banus

The beach is a short walk. The port is a short walk

Superbe

Propriété propre, agréable et sécurisée. Belle piscine sans trop de monde. Logement Nickel ! Propreté impeccable, tout le nécessaire sur place. Emplacement idéal proche plage et ville. Séjour sans voiture possible. Mais si vous avez un véhicule, A moins de 2h de route beaucoup de choses à voir. Grenade, Gibraltar, la belle ville de Mijas, Ronda etc...
