Skol 329 – Spacious Beachfront Studio with Sea Views

Wonderful studio located in Block A of the well-known Skol building, with east orientation and great views of the sea and park, ensuring much privacy. On the beachfront in the heart of Marbella, it is surrounded by bars, restaurants, public transport stops, supermarkets, etc., such that a car is not necessary.

The property comprises: access to the studio, open kitchen with everything you need to cook, two dining areas (inside or on the private terrace), two single beds, TV with international channels through the community antenna, built-in wardrobe to store your belongings, and bathroom with shower.

🌐The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

❄Private A/C, so you can select the temperature you want.

🏊‍♀️Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

🔑Main reception open 24/7 to accommodate late arrivals.

☕Cafeteria open seasonally, with direct access to the promenade from the community gardens.

🛌Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest included in the rental price.
