「The resort has a lot to ensure its top drawer, but it lacks a soul, very little personal touches, I heard the word no from staff multiple times to simple requests. The junior suite was a good size and the choice of restaurant was plentiful but you were never made to feel like a guest, just someone sharing the space.」

「Location great … staff not up to standard at all. Food in a word awful. What a shame on our birthday weekend. Then all inclusive had to pay for drinks before departure… we had a late flight … then had a room to change and no stop maid knocking on the door what the hell. So disappointed」

「Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The saddest part about the whole stay is the hotel advertises multiple restaurants, and the whole lower portion of the hotel is completely closed, and in the middle of a lawsuit that made a very, very sad time to be there」
