Villa for 8 with 360' view, walking distance BEACH, solarium, Pool.

Our townhouse, is a very spacious and practical house with lots of advantages; It's only a 10 min drive to Marbella and Fuengirola, it's walking distance from lovely beaches, a beautiful golf course and an award winning marina with excellent restaurants and views of luxureous yachts. Besides that, it comes with a grand roof terrace with sunbeds, lounge seats, a dining set with a barbecue and also here free Wifi. So both in summer and winter this is the place to make the most of Costa del Sol's lovely sunny weather. The views from here are amazing and if you're lucky, you'll be able to see Gibraltar and the African coast. The house features a semi open kitchen and an open plan dining and living room (with smart TV with international channels). The living room is connected to a large covered terrace by sliding doors. The two double rooms upstairs both have ensuites. The two double rooms downstairs share a luxureous bathroom. One of these rooms has a TV as well. All rooms come with large fitted wardrobes. There's Wi-Fi everywhere in the house. We also have an activity book, so you do not have to do any research about where to go for a nice day trip (Malaga, Marbella Old Town, mountain biking in the mountains, hiking to waterfalls, etc). In case you book our house, Eva will meet you at the house and will give you some tips where to go etc. A car is recommended when you like to explore the area but Eva can also organise transport from the airport for you.
We always have attractive offers for guests who want to spend the winter in Spain.

Marbella Home Base

Property was as described in a great location that was central to touring the surrounding cities. Well equipped and very clean property. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others without hesitation.

Nettes Haus nicht weit vom Strand

Ein sehr nett eingerichtetes und sauberes Haus. Der Pool war für die Kids super. 2,20m tiefe. In 4 minuten mit dem auto ist man an einem sehr schönen Strand. Gute Gastronomie im Laufweite.

Schöne Tage in Marbella

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist toll. Das Haus ist ziemlich ringhörig, was je nach Nachbaren etwas mühsam sein kann. Etwas schade war, dass es mit 2 Kleinkinder nicht so einfach möglich war draussen zu essen. Alles auf die Dachterrasse zu tragen war mühsam. Eva ist eine nette Gastgeberin. Als lief unkompliziert ab.

The perfekt house for a calm week in Spain

We loved the terrace it’s perfect for long dinners in the sunset. Also the grill was a nice touch to it. The pool was deep so that was nice but it is not connected with the house, you have to go around. Overall a we had a great time and a super helpful host!

Friendly host, clean property, and great location!

Ava was amazing! She responded to every question and concern we had in a timely manner, and she was very friendly. She made suggestions about how to get where we needed to go, or things to see. As for the property, our group of eight adults - some family and some friends - had plenty of space to spread out or spend time together. The property is in a great location! It’s walkable to the beach, pool, a small grocery store, and a few restaurants as well. We had two cars, so having parking included was very convenient! We placed one in the garage and parked the other on the street. We definitely enjoyed our beach days, but we were also able to drive to the border with Gibraltar, to the ferry that took us to Morocco, and to the mountains to hike the Caminito del Rey. Aside from the location, the property was clean, spacious, and had great views. The rooftop gathering area was beautiful and there was a nice sun protected sitting area outside on the main level. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space to sleep all eight of us. There was air conditioning available, but we only used it at night, since we could open plenty of doors and windows to get cross breezes during the day. I highly recommend this location for your next vacation! Marbella and its surrounding areas paired with Ava’s property will set you up for a great experience!

Alle comfort in dat mooie huis

We hebben gedurende 3 weken kunnen genieten van het huis in Cabopino. In de keuken is alles voorzien om zelf te koken. De buurt is heel rustig. We hebben goed geslapen in uitstekende bedden. Highly recommended!

This was our first trip to Spain and were with friends, so three couples in total. Eva was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us the place, along with helpful tips on where to eat and get groceries. The place appeared exactly as the picture showed, very clean and easily accommodating eight people. It is five minutes drive from the beach and 15 to downtown Marbella, and great location for day trips. Highly recommended.

Schönes Haus in prima Lage

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Evas Haus. Angenehme Größe für ca. 6 Personen. Gute Ausstattung. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Schöne Terrasse. Pool in Anlage. Very nice Townhouse

We where 4 adults living in this very nice townhouse for a week. Its very easy to find and the landlord was very helpful. Perfect for golfers and easy to park outside. We will definitely recommend this house.

Comfortable house in a good location

Översättningsresultat A very well planned house. Comfortable with the terrace and the kitchen on the same level. A little mishap with the curtain was arranged immediately. There was little base with spices which made it easier. Kitchen equipment was in good condition! Nice with the bar counter. The roof terrace was very large and private, which however limited the views. Quiet surroundings with a nice view over hole 6 on the Cabopino golf course.

Family Holiday

spacious and clean town house equipped with everything needed, nice swimming pool area, which most days we had to ourselves. Very quite location, which although was lovely, it is remote and we feel a car is needed. Very hilly with not a lot local. We did venture to the bus stop which wasn’t far and was easy to use and good value to explore. Eve was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The only negative we felt would be the bedding and towels where tired, old and well used, could do with being renewed.
