A 160-cm bed with premium linens, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker), hot/cold air conditioning, Smart TV, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi: also perfect for remote work. Bedding, towels, and final cleaning are included; no separate cleaning fee.

Marbesa Beach is a 7-minute walk (550 m) away; right next to the residence, you’ll find a supermarket, bakery, bars, and restaurants.
