Family Time
The property was clean and well taken care of with a great location. The only thing we thought was strange, there are no shelves in the showers to put your soap or shampoo. Two of the dining room chairs had very wobbly legs but they had plenty of other chairs to use! I still would give it a 5 star- clean, stocked with necessities, plenty of space for all and a bottle of wine and card when we arrived!

Lots to do.
This property was so cute and very accommodating. It is very rare to find a house for three couples that provides all king size beds and three restrooms. There was plenty of parking and we loved all the games that were provided. The house was very clean and cozy. I would defiantly book this property again.

It was great! Fenced yard for the dogs, garage full of activities, covered sitting area, clean, minimal TP, trash sacks & paper towels, walking distance to everything. We would stay here again.

Holiday Spectalar
We stayed at this property back in May, 2022. We loved it so much we decided we wanted to book again. We love seeing the Christmas lights on display in Johnson City between Thanksgiving and New Years', so decided to see if it was available for dates that would work for us. Sure enough, it was available, so we booked immediately. The home is right across the street diagonally from the Pedernales Electric Coop, which has thousands of lights lite up for the holidays, so it was the perfect location. In addition to the lights, being able to walk to restaurants, shopping, wine tastings, etc., was wonderful!! This trip was a wonderful start to our family's holiday season. The house was warm and welcoming. They even had decorated with a Christmas tree and other decorations. A wonderful 4 day weekend!!

This place is AMAZING!!!!
We have been working in town and this has been our go to for 3 weeks. We just booked another week and will continue as long they are available while we're working in town. Very clean, updated, lots of space and the rooms are exquisite. Not to mention a hot tub and game room. Thanks so much!
