Great space for lots of kids

The house was clean, easy to get into, and perfect for the 6 twenty year olds I had staying with me. It was an easy walk to the lake and had a great back yard.

Walleye fishing trip

Traveled from northern New York state with five friends for a weeks stay for a walleye fishing trip on Lake Erie.. This place was fantastic. Plenty of room for all of us. Place is modern, close to Mazurik boat launch for easy boating access and comes with all the necessary amenities. This House is located on a quiet street in a gated community with plenty of parking for our boat, truck and extra car. We highly recommend this house for your next stay in the Lakeside Community and we definitely rebook next year when we come back. Thank you for a wonderful weeks stay.

We live this place! So clean and updated!

I am so picky this place is perfect! So clean , not a bunch of clutter like most places. Bathrooms are spotless and new! Kitchen had everything. My kids loved the back room with the beds and family room The pictures don't do it justice it is so bright in the home. We didn't want to leave!Only place I will stay!

Completely Satisfied!

I highly recommend a stay at "Lovely Lakeside"! Everything was exactly as advertised--or better! The location is perfect--a quick walk to the lake, The Patio, and everything else downtown. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed having two separate living areas for a group of six adults and one toddler. The deck and backyard were perfect for toddler play in the afternoon and grownup conversation in the evening. The house was well-equipped for cooking, the bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towel bars for a large group, and I loved the fact that we needed to do very little to make the house toddler-safe. And we easily parked three large vehicles in the driveway—a bonus at Lakeside! We will definitely be back!

This newly remodeled cottage was just right for our college girls getaway. We graduated in 1972 and 73 and use this time to reconnect once a year. We enjoyed playing cards and games at the kitchen table. One bathroom shower had a grab bar which was appreciated. The deck was a nice place to sit one afternoon. We walked around Lakeside and went shopping at two stores. We ate our breakfast in and went out each afternoon for an early dinner at several nearby locations. The house was very clean and easy to get around in. The host was easy to contact. Loved our stay at Lovely Lakeside!

Great location

The cottage on Jasmine is in a great location to enjoy playgrounds, shopping, the pool, lake views, and other Lakeside events. Cottage is cozy and stocked full of amenities both inside and out. Had a memorable time!

Perfect!

This was perfect for two 4 person families. Each family had their own bathroom. Back porch was quiet and a great place to sit and converse. Driveway was a bonus as we could fit two cars. We’ll be back!

We had a great stay at Lakeside. This house worked perfect for our family of seven and was close to my sister’s house on Peach St.We had lots of room and the house as very clean and uncluttered. We enjoyed gathering around the dining table to play cards and in the front yard in the provided Adirondack chairs. It also had a very nice backyard, deck and charcoal grill! Mike did a great job communicating!

Our family stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. The cottage was immaculately cleaned and the space was absolutely perfect for us. We especially appreciated the two full bathrooms, deck and yard space, well-stocked kitchen, and the new Weber grill. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The cottage was spacious enough where we didn’t feel cramped or on top of each other, which was important as one day it rained for most of the day! Lakeside is such a special little community and we had fun renting a golf cart and exploring it with our kids. We will definitely be back and will 100% return to Lovely Lakeside. Perfect accommodations for our week at Lakeside!

Lakeside has been a destination vacation for us for several summers now. We've stayed at a few different places and Lovely Lakeside has been the best by far. From the moment we entered the house, we knew it would be great. It was so nice and clean with lots of new updates. There were plenty of beds to accommodate our family and the two bathrooms were a bonus! It makes it so much easier when there are several people trying to get ready for a day of fun. We HIGHLY recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Lovely Lakeside indeed

Mike’s place is the 8th house we have stayed in at Lakeside and the first one we would love to come back to. First, the home is in a perfect location at Lakeside. Close to the pool, shopping, restaurants and Hoover Auditorium. When we entered the home for the first time it was clean as a whistle. The home was perfect for our stay as we had our five grandchildren up for a couple days and everyone was comfortable. With three sleeping areas and two bathrooms, no one felt crowded for space. Central air, washer & dryer and a kitchen with everything you need (and a few extras we didn’t expect) made for a great week. The back deck and back yard was a favorite of ours for morning coffee. Although other houses are close by (as is the case at Lakeside), we felt like we were miles from anyone else and could relax and do a little bird watching.

Lovely Lakeside truly lives up to its name in this property.

This scrupulously clean cottage has a great open floor plan for a spacious effect. Three bedrooms have enough space for at least 8 guests. The owner is diligent to keep it up to date and inviting. In fact, he asks the renters what to improve! He has been very generous and accommodating with us. Outdoor tables and chairs in back are the spot for a quiet breakfast and reading. Plus, there is a driveway with room enough for 3 or 4 vehicles which is a real bonus for the ongoing parking issue. We highly recommend for anyone to stay here!

Lovely Lakeside

We enjoyed staying here because it was clean and tidy upon our arrival. The location was good because we could walk everywhere. The kitchen was well supplied and allowed us to prepare meals for our family with lots of space and cookware. Enjoyed the patio and back yard. We would stay here again.

Wonderful relaxing time provided by an amazing host family.

This cottage has everything you need to enjoy your time at Lakeside. The host family is extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions or issues. One of the best places we have stayed at in our 30+ years of renting at Lakeside.
