"A very large and spacious room with two separate areas, a good wellness zone with a wide selection of different saunas and a small pool, and a nice restaurant. Some drawbacks: the bathroom and toilet doors had no locks, and there was no closing door between the two room areas. There were also no croissants at breakfast. The price felt a bit too high for what was offered."

"Nicly situated hotel with beautiful view over Bodenmais. Pool, sauna, garden, restaurant and bar at the hotel. New proprietors (June 2025) which did everything to make us feel welcome and at home. A lot of out door activities avaliable in vicinity. Summer rodel was on our 12-year top list. Staying at Luca in Bodenmais gave access to a local activity card which gave really good discounts on a lot of activities - for instance was two tours with summer rodel at Silberberg, ski lift and tour in...

"Unser Zimmer war modern renoviert und ruhig. Ausstattung war gut, einzig die Kissen waren zu weich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Großer Pool mit Blick ins Grüne. Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, das Corona Prozedere dabei ist halt etwas umständlich, funktioniert aber. Die Musikauswahl im Frühstücksraum sorgt dafür, dass die Gäste dort nicht unnötig lang verweilen. Insgesamt durchaus empfehlenswert."

"Wir haben einen vollkommen gelungene Winterurlaub verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und in sauberem Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Leider wurde kurzfristig das in der Buchung enthaltene Frühstück abgesagt. Hier erfolgte eine Minderung des Reisepreises. Des Weiteren war leider der Wellnessbereich (Sauna/ Whirlpool etc.) des Hauses, mit Ausnahme des Freizeit- und Fitnessraum, nicht geöffnet. Dies wurde uns aber vorab nicht mitgeteilt! "Rezeption nach 17 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt. Die Zimmerkarte erhält man nach Umherirren im Hotel durch eine Servicekraft. Hier wäre eine Info dazu am Empfang wünschenswert gewesen. Der Wellnessbereich ist soweit i.O. Rotlichtkabinen jedoch weiterhin außer Betrieb. Im Ruhebereich Deckenabdeckung aus Stoff durch Wasserschaden beschädigt. Sitzpolster verschmutzt. Den muffigen schlechten Geruch kann ich nur bestätigen. Die Auslegeware auf dem Gang scheint sehr in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Im Zimmer...
