“We couldn’t say enough about our stay! The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were very clean with a great Italian flare. There is lots of history to the property that we enjoyed. We loved our wine tour, and Thomas was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout our experience. The resort was quiet and peaceful, with only a 20minute taxi to Florence we were still able to explore the nearby city. The front desk was extremely helpful and every worker went above and beyond. “Very modern clean complex, rooms were excellent in presentation,but lighting in room I found confusing knowing where to switch on and off. Bath height for me was to high to hurdle not sure how most will get into shower without slipping probably needs a step but then slipping would be an issue. To far out of town for me 2 nights and taxi x 4 trips 150 euro then this morning when i got dropped in I saw the guy who checked me out and gave me Taxi name and number was there in a Radisson Blu vehicle……

“Our family enjoyed our stay at Villa Castiglione very much. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked extremely well. We enjoy having spritz and wine on the restaurant patio overlooking wine country. In the evenings we had some excellent meals at the restaurant. We appreciated Sham's service as well as the help of the entire staff in assisting with things like taxis to Florence. The only downside was that the pool was under construction during our visit. On top of the that, the resort is very convenience for tourist attractions, such as San Giminignano, Siena and factory outlet. Don't miss the dinner there, they provide real Tuscany cuisine made with local agricultural products. All in all, the resort is a 'MUST' if you visit Tuscany! ”
