After reading reviews, we were excited to stay at this property. But we were disappointed. The bathroom that guests use, only had ONE faucet handle. COLD! When we called, 2 maintenance men came and didn’t have a part so they switched the faucet handle to the HOT side! The whole month there, we never had a cold handle - just a hole where it goes! Embarrassed to have friends use this bathroom. The dishes in cupboard were not clean. They had cake, frosting and other stuff stuck to them. Had to wash every item before we used them. They said this house sleeps 10. Maybe, but it can’t feed 10! The house is not stocked as stated. Hardly any cooking utensils. We stayed a month, with only 3 people, and I couldn’t find one casserole (glass dish) to make anything. And only ONE - 8x10 cake pan. Management tried to make it right, but brought glass cake pans instead of round casserole.
The outdoor lanai was full of weeds. Between the pavers, weeds were growing up all over. We told management -they said the yard person was coming to spray - they never did.
We were told they have beach chairs, there was ONE. For a house that sleeps 10,, that’s not much seating. Again, called management, they were wonderful and brought us 3 more (new) chairs and a cooler. All of the coolers at the house were broken. The floats for the pool had holes, so we bought our own.
The house, itself, could be a great rental property, but I believe it has not been kept up. Shows a lot of wear and tear.
Again, the management was wonderful and quick to respond - trying to correct these problems the best they could. But will not rent this property in the future.
