Enjoyable; too short

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience was very nice. The rental was ina great location. It was well maintained, clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, I had to leave the property early due to the corona virus. My only suggestion would be to have some small amenities such as restaurant menus, tv channel guides, playing cards, games, etc. I would definitelyrent the place again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is small for two bedroom, 2 bath. Flooring very slippery, no carpets , very little items to cook with and what is there is very cheap quality. White towels had black marks or discolored. Building old so the drywall is missing so The hallways are missing drywall on most floors because water heaters and pipes breaking. They wait on water heaters to break to replace them.

I’ve been coming to Marco Island for the past 5 years and my family & I are always very satisfied with our Rentals. This was below average!I would like to add this is No reflection on Andrew Marco Vacation Rentals. Andrew and his team are always wonderful to work with if you need anything!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was not ready to rent. Unit itself was still under renovation from Irma. With that being said, the condo was not very comfortable, could have used another easy chair or two, a couple of area rugs would help also. The building was still under going construction and was very noisy every day. Not very relaxing time considered.
