This thing needs to be gutted

Omg, bugs,tile and subfloor issues, doors drag on tiles, dead bolt falling apart. Nothing matches but the bedroom. Had to get a chair from the balcony to have a meal with friends.

One major issue

J404 was spotless and roomy, lots of linens and well-stocked kitchen, loved the balcony, and a good location, but the bed totally ruined my back after the first night. Too mushy!! I spent the rest of the week on the sofa. So I have to rate it a 3. Otherwise, I would have given it a 5.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Angkers Cove and the unit as far as location and view. We were very disappointed with the furniture. It was very worn, uncomfortable. The cushions on the chairs and bed sagged when you sat on them. The mattress sagged and very uncomfortable. My back hurt from sleeping in the bed.

February 2023 Stay

Beautiful view, overall great property and location. J404 is in need of maintenance. Tile was fixed with miscolored grout. Furnished nicely but worn condition. Mattress was awful, gave me a back ache, very worn out. Chairs and couch were soft and worn out. Appliances were upgraded nicely. Shower was excellent. Unfortunately the condition of the mattress took away from our satisfaction.
