We’re had a beautiful time there. The people are so in kind. We’re book again the hotel and can recommend that a lot. It’s clean, middle in the old city center Mardin. In front of the hotel is a bus station. They all the time available at the reception. 100 Prozent clean and good! And the price is good also

The hotel itself is unique and I stayed in one of the nicest hotel after a long time. The room was like a cave in ancient times which was modernised according to standards. The receptionist 'Berken' did receive me, and he was kind, and helpful. Because of language barrier it was difficult for me to rotate from one place to another but thanks to him that he did help me out of the box. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves rooftop views and drink Chai and wants to stay in peaceful hotel.

New hotel but some issues

A nice new build hotel butik style. However we had breakfast booked but it wasn’t served as it wasn’t available due to it being a new hotel. Not set up as yet. Also the 2 family rooms booked (2 adult and 2 child) they only had 1 of that type of room So we had to compromise and take an additional room as they also did not have any pullout sofa or beds. We did get to a resolution but I was asked for more money but I refused and they accommodated in the end. Hotels.com was to blamed by management.

Oda temiz ve genişti, personel hiç kibar değildi. Hemen savunmaya geçiyordu, en ufak bişeyde bile hemen yükseldi. Öncesinde arayıp ilgilenmişti konum attı ama otele vardıktan sonraki süreç için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim... kahvaltı yapmadık mutfak çok pis kokuyordu

İlhan Bey’in misafirperverliği ne çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Otelin terasında oturup Mardini seyretmek çok güzeldi. Otelin konumu biraz uçta yer alıyor ama mardini bir uçtan bir uca gezecek herkes için çok da sorun olmayacaktır.

Temizlik ve otel çalışanları iyiydi ama odamiz kotalti olarak tabir edilebilecek bir odaydi. Camları bile acamadik çünkü camlar yol ile aynı hizadaydi.odanizi tercih ederken odanin metrekaresine dikkat etmenizde fayda var. Bir daha burda kalmayı tercih etmem.

Le séjour s’est bien passé personnel à l’écoute, par contre l’hôtel se trouve dans une Ruel inaccessible en voiture. Parcours assez fatiguant avec les valises au vu des pentes. Nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes nous nous sommes retrouvé à une chambre de trois, le troisième matelas est arrivé par la suite mais il a été placé au sol, la quatrième personne a dormi par terre.

Yorumlara aldanarak gittim merkezde yürüme mesafesi diye ama yürüyüş yolunun en sonunda inanılmaz bir rampa var yokuş aşağı inerek aralardan giriyorsunuz konumu iyi değil yani odalar geniş güzel kahvaltı otelde hiç yapmadık o yüzden bilmiyorum teras manzara güzel ama biz gezmeye gittiğimiz için pek otelde durmadık o yüzden o yokuş ve rampa bizi çok zorladı

Otel temiz , çalışanlar yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü :) Mardinin yerlisi olmadığımız için otel müdüründen destek aldık ayrıca mecburiyeti olmamasına rağmen her konuda kolaylıkla bize yardımcı oldu teşekkür ederiz :) Konum olarak ana meydana ve çarşıya uzak (yürüme mesafesinde 12 - 15 dk ) tabii kiii avantajı da gürültülü mekanlardan uzak olması.5 gün konaklama sağladık oda temizi ve oda servisi de mükemmeldi

Otel tertemiz, calisanlar guleryuzlu, otopark imkani var, odalar ucsuz bucaksiz Mezopotamya ovasina bakiyor. Hele aksam terasindan manzarayi seyretmek ayri bir keyif. Konum olarak ana meydana kismen uzak olsa da gurultulu mekanlardan uzak olmasi ekstra bir avantaj. 4 gunluk Mardin seyahatimde kaldigim ikinci oteldi, tekrar gidersem kesinlikle yine Bab-i Nefes Demirhan'i tercih ederim. Mehmet Bey'e de sicak misafirperverligi icin tesekkur ederim.
