Cape Illawarra is situated in the spectacular Margaret River region of South Western Australia. Where guests can relax in an architecturally designed holiday home.
Close to wineries, fine food, world class surf and pristine beaches.
Amidst 2.5 acres of towering trees, Cape Illawarra provides a perfect experience.
3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms consist of 3 x king size beds (3rd bedroom can convert to 2 x king single beds). Cot hire available ($40). Spacious open plan kitchen with dining area and lounge. 55" LCD Smart TV. Reverse cycle air conditioning. BBQ. Free WiFi

Experience a beautiful, relaxing setting with a unique combination of inside and outside space. The house is separated into 2 halves by a spacious covered Alfresco area. There are towering trees, natural birdlife, kangaroos and you are close to WA's premier wineries, restaurants, galleries and beaches.

Lovely place not too far from town

We had 6 adults and two children, and the property was a good size, with plenty of space to hang out. The surrounds were beautiful with regular visitors in the form of kangaroos.

Terrific spot in the trees

We loved staying here. The house is in a lovely forest of trees full of kangaroos and bird life but 5 minutes from town. Clean, quiet, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. I wish I’d booked a week it was so good. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful property in lovely area

Geri was communicative and attentive without being overbearing or intrusive. The property was lovely and clean - exactly as pictured on the site. We didn’t end up needing the other half but the side we stayed in was comfortable and well equipped for all our needs. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Great location and facilites at the house. Perfect for spot for a private getaway still close enough to everywhere you want to go for the day. House was clean great outside deck for breakfast and cocktail hour!

A Little Me Time

A wonderful holiday home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cape Illawarra, it had everything we needed to explore the local Margaret River region and hunker down in the warm at the end of each day. We spent most of our time in the main living area of the house, which was well appointed and had private views out across the bush setting in every direction. Everything was easy, great hosts, highly recommended.

High quality house in a beautiful bush setting

Cape Illawarra is an excellent place to stay. It is kept very clean with high quality furniture and fittings; all well looked after. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need should you decide to eat in. The bush setting is perfect and in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the owners was very good - clear, prompt and efficient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had no complaints (other than that our stay wasn't long enough).

Fantastic place - highly recommended

This is a perfect getaway location for a family or groups of friends. We had 3 couples, and were really impressed with the location and facilities. The peaceful bush location, close to the town centre, and visiting kangaroos added to the tranquillity. Our host Geri was always available to answer any questions. we would definitely visit again.
