Disappointed is the best I can say.Jacuzzi and steam room didn't work for 2 out the 4 days we stayed.Heater in the room didn't work on the last day and enquired 3 times .When I asked for a electric heater that was in the bar area I was told that I can come over to get it when they're close at 23:00.That was unacceptable to me and I don't think we're going to stay there again,bear in mind that we stayed 3 times over the years.

Very comftable warm room , great comfortable bed , red hot water great shower ,staff are really friendly and helpfull, its in a great location between the sea and the shops ,/ restaurants of hove . Great value for money .

A warm welcome.
The hotel has obviously been recently refurbished, and very clean.
The ensuite bathroom needs the same attention.
I was fearful of using the shower as it is very basic (a curtain to be pulled round a bar over the bath) and insecure, and the bath needs re enameling.
No bedside lamp means having to get up to switch off the light.
However, I should emphasise that I think it is really good value for money. Great for one or two nights.
