Perfekter Urlaub zum Abschalten

Ruhige Lage fern vom Massentourismus, aber Infrastruktur (Bars, Restaurant und kleine Supermärkte) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft hat viel Charme, und ist gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war super für die Kinder. Mit Mietwagen sind Ausflüge zum Strand oder ins Landesinnere leicht machbar, öffentliche Busverbindungen gibt es alle 2-3 Stunden mit direktem Anschluss nach Palma. Aufgrund der ersten Belegung nach wohl zwei Jahren COVID-bedingtem Leerstand, an Ostern 2022, gab es einige geringfügige Probleme (z. B. ein Spülkasten einer Toilette, der nicht funktionierte), aber alles wurde sehr zeitnah vom Gastgeber in Ordnung gebracht.

We stayed here for a week with our two kids, the grandparents and sister and niece. This place was perfect for us. The location in a little village was so lovely, as you can drive to a beach in 15 mins, but are away from the main tourist areas. The square has a couple of little restaurants. The house is homely, and the courtyard is wonderful for lounging in - has lots of shady spots, and an excellent and very clean pool. We spent a lot of our time playing and reading etc there - it is perfect for when it’s very hot, and for long evenings. There are essentially 3 ‘zones’ in the house - with two individual and large bedrooms coming off the courtyard, and the others all in the main house. One thing to bear in mind is that in the house central bit two of the rooms (two single beds in each) are connected by a curtain not a door, and then there’s a bathroom going off one of them. So if you need 5 completely private bedrooms then it might not work for you. I would definitely recommend this house and Majorca generally.

La situation du logement est idéale avec une position centrale qui permet de visiter l'île en totalité en mois de 1 heure. l'île est magnifique avec des criques qui n'ont a envier aux Caraïbes. le logement est superbe, très bien équipé, en parfait état, propre. Belle piscine avec un entretien fait tous les 2 jours. nous avons croisé la propriétaire très aimable et disponible. un superbe voyage ! homerti le gestionnaire est également très réactif. nous conseillons sans réserve.

ideal for a big group

The place was like the pictures and would be ideal for a big group who would love to be in a secluded rural town. Lovely pool and great space. The only problem we had was that during one night if rain the whole place flooded and the floors were drowned in water for a day.

Highly recommended. Great house for a family trip or group of close friends. Short drive to the beach and plenty of outdoor space around the pool to relax. Recommend you have a car as the town is very small and can be seen in a day, but lovely towns to visit close by.

La casa es perfecta para ir en familia y es tal y como se ve en las fotos. La piscina tiene buen tamaño, está limpia y el patio y el porche es perfecto. La ubicación es muy cómoda y es un lugar muy tranquilo. El estar dentro del pueblo es muy práctico por tener de todo (panadería, súper, estanco, desayuno, bar,...) a 100 metros. Por cierto, todo el mundo en María La Salud es muy amable. Daba gusto. También, el hecho de que el pueblo esté en mitad de la isla es una ventaja si la idea es conocer diferentes playas y puntos de la isla. El único inconveniente es que al no haber garaje para el coche, el del camión de la basura (que es un salvaje) nos rompió el espejo en la segunda noche, pero esto no es culpa de la casa. Sin duda repetiríamos.
