「You really are at a great spot in the middle of so many Gorge activities! However, the lodge is suffering from a lot of deferred maintenance. A stay here also comes with breakfast, but it was all reheated/packaged. Balconies are nice but kudzu has taken over a good part of the park, and your view is basically kudzu. I love KY resort parks, but this one is in need of an overhaul like Cumberland Falls is getting. If you like to park close, it can get tricky due to the fact that the lodge is also...

「Home was great. Extremely clean. Plenty of linens and all necessities. Only small complaints is the only air conditioner was in the living room. Both bedrooms stayed quite a bit warmer than the rest of the house. And there is plenty of room for parking and boat trailer, but the entrances could definitely be widened to accommodate trucks with trailers to get in and out easier. Overall, great stay.」

「We stayed May 30 -June 5, 2026This place is definitely quaint. Although we mainly just used it for sleeping, preparing some meals, & the occasional regroup. I did message the host prior to arriving, but after a week had not heard back so I contacted VRBO support, that made me feel a little uneasy... but all worked out.On cleanliness: when we walked in it smelled clean & fresh & looked clean. Some notices though: the windows were not clean. The outside areas of the cabin didn't look like it...
