Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel
Very unhelpful staff at check in at 2am not helpful at all. Been in the hotel next to them that is been run locally too I can fault that resort. Didn’t receive the same hospitality from costabella and we are very disappointed

Tambuli Seaside Resort and Spa
Took me some time to get towel. Under the heat, I was 🤔 told to get the towel from the life guard but didn't specify where. We went to go swimming at the beach but lifeguard nowhere to be found. Frustrating 😞
