「The place was filthy. cockroach’s. Bugs in fridge. Food particles left on counter and microwave. Bathroom sink not cleaned. No toilet paper, no bedding for pull-out couch, no hand towels, one rag and one dish towel. Glasses and cups were filthy from sitting in the open so long. Table could not be used because any weight causes it to tilt over. Bathroom has nowhere to put you toiletries. The owner responded quick, but they couldn’t get toilet paper right away so we had to buy some. Then we had to...

「This is the perfect little space for two people, and actually quite roomy for a studio. 「Truly assumed the pictures were cropped or edited and that what was promised couldn’t be true. Thankfully, completely wrong. A beautiful apartment next to the ocean and retreats. The host is responsive and the goodies appreciated. I can’t recommend enough, though I’m a prematurely sad that available dates will be in short supply once more people experience this hidden gem.」

「We loved D’Arcy’s place in Summerland. We were attending an event in Santa Barbara and the location was perfect. Easy access to SB. We had a great time walking down the street to the Summerland Cafe, Rusty’s Pizza and Lookout Park. My family of 4 fit just right in the apartment. D’Arcy left many great snacks and sent us a few messages with helpful information. We would definitely recommend her place to others. 」

"We were arranged to room for disable because we doesn’t want to stay in 2nd floor due to lots of luggage. The room was spacious, has microwave and fridge but with very bad smell from the linens and the air condition. "

" I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. The hotel is located too close to the highway, and the windows do not provide adequate soundproofing. As a result, the noise from the traffic was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to sleep or relax. I hope the hotel can improve the sound insulation of the windows to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests. Thank you."
