"This hotel was in the park so getting to activities and the shuttle buses were easy. Plus not having to re-entry fees and waiting in line at the entrance was a plus. "

"Beautiful property but was not told until check in that TV was out and construction was going on so couldn’t use half of the property. They didn’t want to compensate for any of the inconvenience. Emailed to tell me about the property construction but did not mention anything about the direct tv service out and had been for many weeks. "

"We loved being on the rim of the Canyon. Although an older hotel it was meticulously clean and close to everything, trails, shuttle bus, food and gift shops. "

"Very convenient location inside the park and we really enjoyed the sunrise morning stroll on the Rim Trail with a nice cup of coffee while the masses had not yet come into the park. We had a very nice dinner at the Lodge as well."
