「The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!」

「1.) The staff was extremely helpful and polite. 2.) However the lobby door was not working, I had to force it to open and to close it behind me. 3.) The shower head had a lot of calcium build up. 4.) The wall in front of the sink had some stains and hair stuck to the wall. 5.) The cabinet door in front of the fridge was unscrewed at one of the hinges. Again the staff was great. The condition of the hotel itself was beneath the price I was charged for the room.」
