「I stayed for 13 nights, Housekeeping service is a hit and miss. I brought my own blanket so sometimes they fold it and sometimes they just leave on the bed without touching it.
The telephones are dusty not well kept, as for the toilet Q-Tip buds sometimes they will not replaced with new ones until you asked for it. Towels are over all clean and nice.
the hostess at the salt restaurant wasn’t very helpful. The outside patio was mostly empty, the view is nice especially under the good...

「Front Desk Staff lack Hospitality. Unfriend, Rude and non helpful. I was never told upon check in about complimentary breakfast which I paid for where it was held . Also, when asked , if there was coffee available , I was told.. ummmm, In your room.
I love this hotel and location, but the staff needs some manners.
Now, I know and wont have to bother them again.

「Al llegar te ofrecen tu devolución por qué las fotografías son una estafa, y estando ahí con tiempo encima no puedes hacer mucho, lo mejor es aceptar el renbolso y buscar otro lugar la verdad es que todo está pegado con tape y remendado, muy sucio y mal alineado litera un desastre y no hay seguridad, la zona es peligrosa entonces no debería tomarse a la ligera un hotel así」
