“The hotel is full of character and charm. Staff are extremely helpful and the facilities were amazing. My only disappointment was that I booked a single room. It wasn’t particularly clear from the package and pictures of fabulous character filled rooms that the single rooms are exactly that. A room with a double bed, not a lot of room and an en-suite with shower no bath in the single rooms. Just a heads up for other solo travellers, the single rooms are small. I had a great stay in a……

“I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.”
