“Our first time in PORTOFINO/Santa Margherita area. The hotel is pretty close to everything, 5-10 minutes easy walks. The best thing about the property is the beautiful view from the balcony. My room was not ready when we arrived, and they gave us an upgrade for the inconvenience. The breakfast buffet is superb with lots of selections and worth the money. The only issue (a non-issue for me) was the outdated bathroom on the 4th floor and that’s due to leaks around the small squared shaped sliding……

“The staff at this property was amazing!! We travelled with our son and his family of 5. Children ranging 7mths to 4 years old. Antonio the waiter and Luigina the maître d’ went above and beyond to ensure that the children ate what they wanted (not on menu) and were so helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough positive things about this property! Highly recommend it! ”
