Perfect for a relaxing holiday
We were a party of four friends and the property gave us a nice space to relax in. It was very convenient for some local site seeing. Primosten, Split and Krka National Park are all within easy driving distance. Marina also has some good local restaurants to visit and enjoy harbour views from Vinko was a great host, easily contactable through the holiday and there to greet us on our arrival I would highly recommend the house, although think it may be a squeeze for 8 Adults.

Great retreat!
Nice property in a calm area near the town Marina. I recomend renting a car for the whole stay to be able to move around easily. Great house for relaxing whith family and friends! Thank you Vinko!

Restful stay.
House was advertised and even better. Hosts were pleasant and attentive. Had a few questions to ask about the pool heating the following, and no questions were too much for the host. Locals were fantastic and local supermarket was a blessing- try the vanilla doughnuts...they are to die for! Will definitely come again.

Brand new villa finished to high standard near Marina
The villa was very clean and well appointed, it is a new build finished to a high standard in a secluded spot, but only ten minutes drive from the town of Marina. Marina has a small supermarket, several bar cafes and one very good restaurant! There is also the beach there although we preferred Vinisce which is about twenty minutes drive away. Vinko the owner is charming and couldn’t have been more helpful. Our first visit to Croatia, whilst it was very busy being August we had a fabulous time.

Fantastic house and beautiful quiet location.
We found the house and the private location to be excellent (only a short drive to the beach and town although not possible to walk safely with children) and the facilities of the house more than adequate and very much as described and expected. Vinkos was a great host from the moment we booked nothing was too much trouble and he always replied to us immediately both before and during the holiday. The pool and house were kept very clean and everything including the air conditioning worked well. We were very happy to stay in his house and would certainly think about staying here again and recommend to others. Marina is quieter than some resorts but with a lovely beach , restaurants and three supermarkets and other larger tourist areas are within easy reach by car. We highly recommend visiting Krka National Park, Split and Trogir all of which are within an hour of the house and closer. The airport is an easy 30 minute drive maximum. Thank you Vinkos for your kind and welcome hospitality.

Vinkos the owner is a very lovely and helpful guy, the Villa is very well done and has everything you need. I would definitely have now problems recommending this villa. It is so family friendly and far enough away from the hum drum yet 20mins from airport and 4mins to local beach. I can't thank Vinkos enough for a great holiday .....Thanks

Rundum schönes Haus mit toller Umgebung
Danke erstmal an Vinko für eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche. Das Haus ist extrem luxuriös und für bis zu 10 Leute perfekt ausgestattet. Blitzblank geputzt und generell sehr gepflegt. Wir sind als eine Studentengruppe mit 10 Leuten angereist und auch wenn man abends laut ist, stört sich daran keiner. Ein Auto kann man nur empfehlen, weil der Weg zum Supermarkt/ Strand sonst doch etwas lang und steil ist. Vinko ist ein unglaublich engagierter Gastgeber. Wir hatten ein Problem mit den Heißwasserbeuler und es wurde sich umgehend gekümmert und das Problem gelöst. Auch was Ausflugsziele und ähnliches angeht hat er tolle Tipps gegeben. Vor allem die Bootstour, die er empfohlen hat war ein Erlebnis! Er spricht fließend Deutsch und ist total freundlich. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine süße Strände (teils eben per Boot zu erreichen) und Trogir, sowie Split sind einen Ausflug wert. Wir werden bei der nächsten Urlaubsplanung auf jeden Fall auf Vinko zurückkommen!
