「The service is incredibly!!! Close to the downtown Capri !!!
The pool is not as the photo shown as big , no need to have high expectation on their inhouse pool ~

「Truly one of the nicest hotels and locations I have ever been to. We had a premium ocean view room at the end of the property with two balconies overlooking the Falagina rocks, the town and Marina Picolo. Everyone on site was friendly, helpful and so pleasant. 「The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. 」
