"Before you book this apartment there are a few things you need to consider. It is about 25 min walk to the main molo area with shops and restaurants. I would not recommend driving. It is hard to find parking downtown and you have to pay for parking. The local grocery store is about 15 min walk. The only nice thing about this apartment is that it is close to the beach about 3 min walk.

"The apartment 419 is located at 3rd floor of Casa Marina Apartment House. Good: location; walking distance to promenade and beach. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby.
Bad: worn furniture in the apartment (sofas and armchairs partly dirty, beds creak, table partly damaged); not enough knives (6, but we were 7). I highly recommend to replace the dirty/damaged furniture. "

Bei beiden Fernbedienungen waren die batterien leer, so dass ich wieder hin musste. Kein "Entschuldigung" oder sonst ein nettes Wort. "Wir waren im Juli 2024 Gäste in diesem „Apartment“. Bei der Einfahrt in den viel zu engen Keller, den ich nicht Tiefgarage nennen möchte, ging es los. Ein modriger Geruch schlug uns hier entgegen. Im Treppenhaus wurde es nicht besser. Auch hier ein unangenehmer Geruch. Der wackelige Fahrstuhl hat uns dann in die 4. Etage gefahren. Dann standen wir vor der Zimmertür. Hier mussten wir den richtigen Schlüssel aus dem Bund mit 10 oder mehr Schlüsseln suchen. Dann der Eintritt in dieses Apartment....
