「Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again.」

「Such a fun town. Kevin was great with communication prior to check in. Only drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't working and that wasn't disclosed to us until checkin, hense the 3* on description. Nicola, the property mgr. was great to accommodate with fans. Location was wonderful, quiet neighborhood, close to large grocery store and an easy 10 minute walk to the boardwalk with restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again.」

En revanche, je trouve inadmissible qu'Abritel refuse de me fournir une facture totale de ce que nous avons payé pour le séjour. Ils ne fournissent que la facture des frais. 「Wij hebben 14 dagen verbleven in een heerlijk huis op een rustige locatie met een prachtig uitzicht. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon, heerlijke bedden, luxe slaapkamers, woonkamer en keuken. Zwembad is verwarmd, dus ook tijdens frisse dagen in het voorjaar werd er gezwommen. La piscine était un gros plus pour les enfants et même si nous étions début avril le fait qu'elle soit chauffée nous permettait de se baigner toute la journée.
