「Overall, my recent stay was great. The apartment was very clean, well furnished, and met all my needs. The only area for improvement was the smell. There was a very strong cleaning or air freshener scent that was masking another smell (maybe smoke or pets). This will not prevent me from future stays but it's worth noting as it was strong enough that my wife could smell it as soon as I opened my suitcase when I returned home!!」

「Such a fun weekend being tourists in our own town! We booked the cutest downtown Airbnb for our daughter’s 8th birthday sleepover with our best friends. We parked our car Friday and didn’t use it once — everything is just a short walk away! Friday night: Marion Brewing Co. + Blend of Seven Winery (love that they’re family-friendly!) Saturday: coffee at The Remnant + jumping at Max Aiir. Huge thanks to Courtney & her team at for making it perfect — we’ll definitely be doing this again!」

「Everything was fantastic. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. The host was very accommodating, helpful, and responsive. The location is also great--right in downtown Delaware--but street noise was not an issue. There is also a great restaurant and bar downstairs which is great at the end of the day. 」
